How to set up your QR code
Set up your cafe and add your menu in TableSathi, and your public page goes live automatically. Grab the link — tablesathi.com/your-cafe — and the QR code from your dashboard, print it, and place it on tables, the counter, or a card by the door. You never have to reprint it when the menu changes, because the code always points to your live page.
- Add your cafe and menu — the page goes live on its own
- Print the QR code and place it on tables or the counter
- Update the menu anytime — the same code always shows the latest
Found in the directory
Every cafe on TableSathi also gets a spot in the public cafe directory, where new guests browse cafes across Nepal by menu, hours, and location — another way to be found.
Common questions.
Is the QR menu really free?+
Yes. Every cafe on TableSathi gets a public page with a QR menu and a listing in the cafe directory at no extra cost — it is part of the platform, not a paid add-on. Guests scan the code and see your full menu on their own phone, with your photos, sections, and prices. There is nothing separate to design or host: the page is generated from the same menu you manage in TableSathi, so the menu guests see is always the one you are actually serving. You get the simplest possible website for your cafe without paying for or maintaining a separate site.
Does the menu update automatically?+
Yes. The QR menu is generated from your live menu in TableSathi, so when you change a price, add a dish, or mark something unavailable, the public page updates instantly — no reprinting QR codes, no editing a separate website, no waiting. If you run out of a dish mid-service, marking it unavailable hides it from the public menu straight away, so guests do not ask for something you cannot make. This is the main advantage over a printed or PDF menu, which goes out of date the moment your prices or offerings change.
Can guests order from the QR menu?+
Not yet. The QR menu is for browsing — guests scan it to read your dishes, prices, hours, and contact details on their own phone. Placing the order still happens with your staff on the floor, who enter it into TableSathi so it flows to the kitchen and onto the bill. So the QR menu replaces a printed menu and gives new guests an easy way to find you, but it is not an online-ordering, reservation, or delivery system — orders and payment stay inside the cafe.
