Two plans. One difference.

There are two plans. Basic is Rs 14,999 a year, or Rs 1,500 a month, and includes POS and billing with PAN/VAT bills, automatic KOT printing, the kitchen display, your QR menu and free public cafe page, staff roles and permissions, the Android app, and support. Standard is Rs 22,999 a year, or Rs 2,200 a month, and adds recipe-based inventory with cost per plate and low-stock alerts. Those are the whole software cost — there are no per-feature charges on top, and renewal is the same price as the first year. Running more than one branch? There is a multi-branch plan, priced on request.

One thing: inventory. Standard adds recipe-based stock that deducts itself on every sale, your real cost per plate, and low-stock alerts; everything else — billing, kitchen tickets, the kitchen display, the QR menu and public page, staff roles, the Android app and support — is in both. The practical question is whether you want to know what a plate actually costs you and what you hold in the store room. A cafe with a short, stable menu often does not; one trying to understand its margins almost always does. You can start on Basic and move up without losing anything you have entered.

Yearly, but not dramatically. Paying by the year works out at roughly ten months of the monthly price: Basic is Rs 14,999 a year against Rs 1,500 a month, so twelve monthly payments come to Rs 18,000 — about Rs 3,000 more. Standard is Rs 22,999 against Rs 2,200 a month, or Rs 26,400 over a year, about Rs 3,400 more. So yearly saves you two months or so, not a third of the bill. Monthly exists because not every cafe wants to commit a year of cash up front, and for a new place with uncertain footfall that flexibility is worth more than the saving.
