Questions

Pricing questions.

What does Rs 14,000 a year include?+

Everything. TableSathi has one plan, and it includes every feature we make: POS and billing with PAN/VAT bills, automatic KOT printing, recipe-based inventory with cost per plate, the kitchen display, the QR menu and your free public cafe page, staff roles, the Android app, and support from the team. There are no feature tiers, so you never discover mid-year that the thing you need sits on a more expensive plan.

Are there any extra or hidden costs?+

No add-ons and no per-feature charges — the yearly price is the whole software cost. The only optional expense is hardware you own yourself: a standard thermal receipt printer if you want bills and kitchen tickets to print automatically. You can run TableSathi entirely in a browser on phones, tablets, or a till computer you already have, so many cafes start with no hardware spend at all.

How do I get started?+

Write to [email protected] and the team will set your cafe up — your menu, your staff accounts, and your free public page. You start in a web browser on the devices you already own, learn the flow, and add a thermal printer whenever you want tickets and bills on paper. There is no installation and no dedicated POS terminal to buy.

Why one plan instead of tiers?+

Because a small cafe should not have to guess which features it will need next year. Tiered pricing usually means the useful parts — inventory, reports, more staff — sit behind the expensive plan. TableSathi charges one yearly price and gives every cafe the same complete product, whether you run a chiya pasal with four tables or a busy restaurant floor.
